1. Warranty Period

2. Reporting an Issue

If you believe there's a problem with the product, please send us pictures or videos showing the issue. You can choose how to report it:

- Provide clear pictures and videos, along with a description of the problem.
- If you prefer not to describe the issue, you can cut the product's power cord and send pictures or videos showing this, including our company's label.




3. Assessment and Confirmation

Our quality inspection team will review the pictures and videos to confirm whether it's a product quality issue. Once confirmed, we'll initiate the replacement process.




4. Replacement Product Delivery

Replacement products will be shipped along with your new order to minimize waiting time. We aim to ship replacements promptly after issue confirmation.
